#1 Neti Pot to Flush Sinuses
Amazing how it clears the head, literally!!
I used the Neti Pot and is amazing at how great it worked!! My sinuses are clear, my head is not stopped up, and my cold is completely gone.
Why use the Neti Pot?
First of all, the Neti pot keeps my allergies under control and my sinuses clear. So, that’s why I continue to use it! Rinsing out the nasal passageways helps clear out any allergens and environmental irritants.
The salt water is clearing the sinus passageways and washing out mucus build up. Unrefined natural salt includes benefits of clearing congestion and mucus in the sinuses and nasal passageways.
Ingredients to Flush Sinuses:
- Neti Pot
- Pure Water
- Sea Salt
How to Use a Neti Pot:
Use non-iodized pure salt or sea salt, and pure water or distilled water. Boil tap water to get rid of impurities.
- Warm 1 cup of pure water(or distilled water), boil any impurities if using tap water
- Pull hair back if you have long hair
- Mix ¼ tsp of salt in warm water (not hot or cold, salt dissolves in warm water)
- Pour half of the water and salt solution into the Neti Pot
- Keep your mouth open, and breathe out while pouring water through your nostril.
As a result, this will help you breathe calmly through the first 5 seconds when the water is going through the nasal passage - Tilt your head to the side, place Neti Pot in one nostril.
Lift elbow up and hold Neti Pot up at an incline angle.
Tilt head towards floor.*** - Blow your nose after using the Neti Pot, a cloth napkin works well
- Pour the other half of the water and salt solution into the Neti Pot
- Repeat steps 6 & 7
- Using the Neti Pot twice a day is the most helpful when fighting a cold, allergies, or sinus infection. Once a day for maintenance can also be helpful.
***Very Important***
Start with the head at parallel to the floor, and then lower your head towards the floor. Tilt your head at a lower angle towards the floor, 90 degrees parallel to the floor are lower is good.
As a result, this helps the water go straight back through your sinuses and not go into your mouth, avoiding the salt water taste in your mouth!
********************
The Neti Pot helps build your sinus support and immune system.
Now I continue to use the Neti Pot to manage my allergy symptoms. As soon as my nose starts running or sniffling, I use the Neti Pot and the sniffles are gone!
Good-bye colds and sinus infections!
