Dr. Benjamin Parker developed the Aroma Freedom Technique and Academy.  Essential oils enter the brain through the limbic system, our emotional brain, where emotions and trauma are stored.  These buried difficult memories are obstacles that can be accessed through the essential oils.  Now that the essential oils are opening the brain, identifying thoughts and feelings can help unblock your success.

3. Emotional Freedom Technique

Dr. Marc D’Aunoy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  He and his wife offer counseling services at The Kitchen Table Counseling and Life Coaching in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Recall Healing workshops are offered once a month, helping people discover and release specific emotional stressors that are connected to many physical illnesses and behavioral problems.  Gilbert Renaud wrote a book Pyramid Health about Recall Healing, a mind-body approach, helps people resolve unresolved conflicts and their bodies return to health.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping) is a new technique combining psychology and the ancient Oriental healing art of acupressure.  Tapping helps clear the blocked energy and emotions trapped in your body.  Tapping on the meridian parts of the body releases negative emotions and stress which have been downloaded into certain parts of the body.

Dr. D’Aunoy explained how disease is connected to conflict, and that to heal the disease, we need to heal the conflict.  Many times the people we interact with influence our daily lives, positively and negatively.  When it’s negative conflict, it’s stored in our genes.  Tapping accesses and releases the conflict, brining relief and healing.

Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, offers free tutorials on his website with details on how to practice EFT and he even offers a free e-book with new updates on EFT.
